About the Role:
As a Soft Play Assistant, you will help create a safe and enjoyable experience for families visiting our soft play area. You will be responsible for supervising the play area, serving food and drinks to guests, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining high health and safety standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise children within the soft play area, ensuring a fun and safe environment.
- Serve customers with food and drinks, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the play area and seating areas.
- Monitor and follow health and safety procedures, responding to any incidents appropriately.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
About You:
- Friendly, approachable, and great with children.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile for customers.
