A Magical Christmas event for the whole family!
This December we’re holding our Magical Christmas event, where our visitors can experience the magic of Clacton Pier during the festive season!
You’re invited to experience Santa’s Enchanted Grotto where you can meet Father Christmas, Mrs Claus, Singing Reindeer, and all of the elf friends here at the grotto!
Every child entry includes a premium soft toy and a hot drink for the adults!
This year all of our indoor attractions will be open such as dodgems, arcade, adventure golf and Santa’s Sleigh Ride 4D. The big wheel will be open subject to weather conditions!
Our Grotto is open on the 23rd – 24th – 30th November and the 1st – 7th – 8th – 14th – 15th – 21st – 22nd – 23rd – 24th December from 10:00 to 18:00.

Eat a delicious cookie from Mrs Claus! Each child gets a cookie included with the santas grotto experience!
Post your letter to Santa! Don’t wait until the last-minute, get a letter sent straight to the north pole!
Talk to Frosty the Snowman! Using our interactive technology, children can now have a conversation with Frosty!
A hot drink for the Adults! Adults don’t miss out either, every adult ticket gets 1 hot drink included.
See the Singing Reindeer! Witness the Reindeer sing at our Christmas event!
Get a soft toy from Santa! Every child gets a premium quality soft toy from Santa on their visit.

How long is our Santa’s Grotto experience?
A personal 15 minute experience where families can meet Father Christmas, the Singing Reindeers and Frosty the Snowman.
What gifts do the children get from Santa?
Each child gets given a premium quality soft toy from Santa himself! Along with this, valid adult tickets
How much does each ticket cost?
Every child Grotto entry costs £15.99 and includes 1 adult entry. Additional adult entry costs £3.50.
What days do Santa’s Enchanted Grotto run?
Santa’s Grotto runs every Saturday and Sunday on the leadup to Christmas Day, as well as 23rd – 24th December.
