About the Role:
As a Ride Operator, you will be responsible for the safe operation of our rides and attractions, ensuring guests have a fun and memorable experience. Your role will involve assisting guests, checking safety restraints, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operate rides safely and efficiently while ensuring all guests meet ride requirements.
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service, answering any guest questions.
- Perform safety checks and follow operational procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the ride area, keeping it tidy and presentable.
- Monitor guest behaviour and enforce safety rules.
- Work in all weather conditions and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
About You:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude with great attention to safety.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to stay focused and alert in a busy environment.
- Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
