Peppa Pig fans have the chance to see her new baby sister, Evie at Clacton Pier next month.
Peppa Pig, Mummy Pig and Evie will be visiting the pier on Saturday July 12 and Sunday July 13 and are sure to pull in a huge crowd.
For Evie, who was born in May, it will be her first ever trip to the attraction and the trio will be making appearances at regular intervals across the weekend, with plenty of photo opportunities.
The event, which will be based in the Jolly Roger Theatre, will be free to attend – with no tickets or reservations required – but families are advised to arrive early so they do not miss out.
Harry Peek, General Manager at the pier, said “This is a very rare opportunity and everyone is really excited to welcome Evie for the first time.
“Peppa has been down here before some years ago, so we’re looking forward to showing Mummy Pig and Evie around too.
“This is a great addition to our summer programme and something we know our younger customers will love, as well as the rest of the family.”
Mummy Pig’s pregnancy was first revealed in February, and the birth was announced live on ITV’s Good Morning Britain breakfast news programme in May.
Mr Peek said every effort will be made to get as many fans in as possible to see them.
“We don’t want anyone to miss out,” he explained.
“While you’re here, there are plenty of attractions for the children, such as Discovery Bay soft play, Skull Point adventure golf, Jurassic Pier, rides and attractions to keep them occupied.”
