The excitement is rising ahead of the arrival of Baby Evie at Clacton Pier at the weekend.
Final preparations are being put in place for her first ever trip to the attraction along with sister Peppa Pig and Mummy Pig.
Evie Pig was born in May and it will be a rare chance to meet her out with some of her family.
Travel arrangements have been made and the trio will take up home in the Jolly Roger Theatre towards the end of the pier on Saturday and Sunday (July 12&13).
They are sure to get a very warm welcome from their adoring young fans – as well as staff at the pier who are also looking forward to the special event.
General Manager Harry Peek said it is a new addition to the summer programme and he is delighted to have been able to secure the visit.
“Our team is already getting very excited and I know that there will lots of children out there who cannot wait to see Baby Evie, Peppa Pig and Mummy Pig,” he added.
“It is not an opportunity which comes round very often – Peppa Pig has been to the pier in the past but that was many years ago.
“We hope she will be impressed by the many improvements that have taken place and that Baby Evie will like them too.”
The event is free to attend – and no tickets or reservations are required. However, families are advised to arrive early to make sure they do not miss out.
Mummy Pig’s pregnancy was first revealed in February and the birth was announced live on ITV’s Good Morning Britain breakfast news programme in May.
Mr Peek said that the trio will be appearing at regular intervals and it is hoped to get as many fans as possible into the Jolly Roger at some point during the day.
“While you’re on the pier there are plenty of attractions for the children to keep them occupied,” he added.
These include Discovery Bay soft play, Skull Point adventure golf, Jurassic Pier, rides, bowling and amusements.
